I joined this programme to gain more knowledge and be part of the 'big picture’ in corporate world. This programme has helped me to add value to my working area by implementing TQM concepts to raise the productivity of our organization.

During contact sessions, experiences from different fields are shared and we are encouraged to participate actively which has helped me become innovative.

After joining my current organization in May, 2008, I have helped the company reduce diesel consumption, in the DG set, resulting in savings of Rs.10 lacs per annum. I have also reduced spares cost by 20%. I got many opportunities after mentioning about the B.Tech. programme in my “Resume”.

After joining this course I have improved my communication skills and added value to myself as well as to my organization by reducing COPQ in different areas.
