What is 6-Sigma?
6-Sigma is an organization-wide approach used to
achieve breakthrough improvements tied to significant
bottom-line results. Key features are the use of data
and statistical analysis, highly trained project leaders
known as Black Belts and Green Belts, project selection
based on estimated bottom-line results, and the dramatic
goal of reducing errors to about three per million
opportunities.

Programme
Overview |
Certified Six Sigma Green Belt programme is
a 6 day workshop spread over 3 sessions. The
participants apply the tools learnt on an improvement
project selected from their own organization.
They are required to complete “One” Quality
Improvement Project using the tools taught.
On the last day of the workshop, the participating
team will present their projects before an independent
Jury and winner will be awarded.
Course Objectives
- Provide understanding of 6-Sigma concepts.
- Offer familiarity with DMAIC methodology
of project execution.
- Deliver a clear understanding of resources
to be committed to implement 6-Sigma.
