| Programme Overview |
Certified Six Sigma Green Belt programme is a 7 day workshop spread over 3 sessions. The participants apply the tools learnt on an improvement project selected from their own organization. They are required to complete “One” Quality Improvement Project using the tools taught. On the last day of the workshop, the participants will present their projects before an independent Jury and appear for the written exam. |
