Quality Improvement Associate |

In progressive organizations managing for Quality
is carried out by three interrelated processes, Quality
Planning, Quality Control & Quality Improvement.
Certified Quality Improvement Associate programme
focuses on training executives in the use of Quality
Improvement tools for problem solving.
Certified Quality Improvement Associate is a 7 day
workshop spread over 4 sessions.The participants
apply the tools learnt on an improvement project selected
from their own organization. They are required to
complete One Quality Improvement Project using the
tools taught. On the last day of the workshop, the
participating team will present their projects before
an independent Jury and compete for North-West Qualtech
Standards Awards, instituted by the School.
