| Programme Overview |
Lean management is aligned to the most recognized and benchmarked model of continuous improvement, the Toyota Production System. The Toyota Production System is referred to as Lean because of the focus on delivering greater value to the customer by reducing wasteful activities within your processes. Lean is applicable in many different industries including manufacturing, financial services, insurance and healthcare.
Certified Lean Professional (CLP) training is unmatched! Programme will immerse participants in the various phases of process improvement that propelled Toyota from an obscure manufacturer to the number one auto manufacturer in the world.
