| Programme Overview |
The programme provides you with a thorough knowledge of Six Sigma philosophies and principles, including supporting systems and tools. A certified Black Belt exhibits team leadership, understands team dynamics, and assigns his/her team members roles and responsibilities. They have a complete understanding of the DMAIC model in accordance with Six Sigma principles. Programme will be split into 5 sessions of 2 days each over a period of 5 months. Our approach combines class room training with project implementation & applications. |

The Black Belt programme is designed for those who are responsible for planning, implementation and analysis of Six Sigma project.
