Six Sigma Black Belt Certification Programme
 
Programme Overview

The programme provides you with a thorough knowledge of Six Sigma philosophies and principles, including supporting systems and tools. A certified Black Belt exhibits team leadership, understands team dynamics, and assigns his/her team members roles and responsibilities. They have a complete understanding of the DMAIC model in accordance with Six Sigma principles. Programme will be split into 5 sessions of 2 days each over a period of 5 months. Our approach combines class room training with project implementation & applications.
 
Course Objective

  • Understand the role of a Black belt as a key change agent in the organization

  • Provide a comprehensive understanding of Six Sigma applications by exposure to examples from cross functions and cross industry

  • Understanding to Define, Scope and Work on Six Sigma Projects

  • Understand linkage between business priorities and Six Sigma projects

  • Provide a comprehensive knowledge of Six Sigma Methodology and the DMAIC process

  • Use Minitab to enhance analysis for process improvement projects

    Who Should Participate
     
  • Must have knowledge of Six Sigma equivalent to a Green Belt.

  • The Black Belt programme is designed for those who are responsible for planning, implementation and analysis of Six Sigma project.

  • Black Belt training is designed to build upon and expand acquired Green Belt skills.
