Programme Overview
ISO 9001 is a standard that sets out the requirements for a Quality Management System (QMS). It helps businesses and organizations to be more efficient and improve customer satisfaction. A new version of the standard, ISO 9001:2015, has just been launched, replacing the previous version (ISO 9001:2008). If organizations wish to maintain their certification to ISO 9001, they need to upgrade their QMS to the new edition of the standard and seek certification to it. This course is ideal for the QMS implementation team and other representatives, as they shall learn about the revised Standard and the key differences between ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 9001:2015.

Participants should have a working knowledge of ISO 9001:2008.
