I
would like to share the changes & rewards that
happened after joining B.Tech Course with PTU’s Gyan
Jyoti School of TQM & Entrepreneurship. Before
joining I had apprehensions regarding the recognition,
employment opportunity & competency level of the
course material. My entire if’s & but’s got washed
away from the very 1st semester. With pace of time
I learnt a lot like what is Quality & its importance.
How industry trends in quality etc…
It
enhanced my self confidence & eagerness to know
the things in a better way. Last year I joined M&M,
where TQM culture is prevailing. With ingress of TQM
knowledge from course I am now able to take new challenges
at M&M. I did my various Kaizen sessions &
improvement projects; one was Reducing Rejection PPM
with Six Sigma DMAIC tool. It definitely helped me
in getting company recognition & reward. |

It was TQ 401 (Work & motion study) session taken
by a senior faculty, due to post lunch session I was
feeling bit sleepy, suddenly teacher put a question,
I awkwardly gave a wrong answer which was not related
to that topic but was from next module and it cracked
big laughter in the class. |
