Four years of B.Tech. with job and family pressures was always a tough decision. But, after 5 years of experience post-diploma, my career had reached a stage, where prospects of growth were limited. So, despite all pressures I opted for this course. It is a unique programme, it is more of interactive learning and knowledge sharing. All fellow students come from different industries with huge work experience. It made me realize the vastness of industry and processes. Experienced & dedicated faculty has immensely added to our knowledge. Study Material is useful and simple. Learning is a natural process as part of this B Tech.

All this knowledge and guidance from faculty has helped me enormously in my career. At the time of joining this B.Tech. programme, I was working in Sigma Freudenberg NOK as Development Engineer. Thereafter, during last three years, I have progressed to the postion of Quality Manager (UP) in HDFC Bank. I changed from Manufacturing to
Service industry, as I learnt that Quality is applicable everywhere. In the end, I would say, to survive in today's competitive world we have to continually improve our self.
